Best Led Zeppelin Tribute Band -
Whole Lotta Presence

Whole Lotta Presence is a devoted tribute to Led Zeppelin, recreating the untamed power, nuance, and “light and shade” that defined the originals. From blues-soaked stomp to psychedelic epics, from acoustic shimmer to electric thunder, every performance feels nostalgic and vividly real.

Experience Led Zeppelin Live Again

We bring the era to life sonically and visually with authentic tones, vintage-inspired instruments, and stage atmospherics that echo the classic tours. The focus stays on the music and the electricity in the room, so the show feels immersive rather than theatrical.

High-Energy Tribute Performances That Engage Any Crowd

We thrive on connection. Call-and-response moments, dynamic shifts, and soaring harmonies turn festivals, theaters, weddings, clubs, and private events into shared celebrations. As seasoned players with one commanding lead voice and a tight rhythm section, we deliver precision and fire in equal measure for audiences in Nashville and beyond.

Beyond a Cover Band - Authentic Led Zeppelin Tribute Musicians

We are a musical family that respects one another and the source material. We put in the work so the crowd can have pure fun. The show is 100% live, with no tracks, no tricks, just real performance.

Meet the Whole Lotta Presence Band Members

Nick Orr

Lead Vocalist

Nick’s musical journey began at age six when he received his first drum kit and taught himself by watching concert DVDs. By his mid-teens, he had found his voice and began fronting his own band, singing from behind the drum kit.

By 20, Nick was in demand on the local bar scene for both his drumming and singing. A few years later, he beat out a field of eight competitors to become the singer for a well-known Led Zeppelin tribute band in South Florida, even stepping in on drums when the drummer couldn’t make the gig. Nick now looks forward to his future with Whole Lotta Presence and the unique opportunities it will bring him nationwide.

Arda Bagcioglu

Electric & acoustic guitars

I’ve spent 25 years behind the kit, teaching, recording, and touring through music schools, churches, studios, clubs, festivals, cruises, private parties, and weddings. I’ve opened for Chuck Berry, Uriah Heep, The Blues Brothers, The Wailers, Marshall Tucker Band, and Nantucket. I’ve shared jams with Jimi Hendrix’s percussionist Gerardo Velez and Lynyrd Skynyrd’s original drummer and Hall of Famer Bob Burns.

I played the Rock Legends Cruise 2011 and the Simple Man Cruise 2012 with Preacher Stone and shared stages with ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd, George Thorogood, The Outlaws, Blackberry Smoke, Steppenwolf, Johnny Winter, Edgar Winter, Molly Hatchet, The Doobie Brothers, Foghat, Pat Travers, and Blackfoot. I hit the Carolina Country Music Festival with Moses Jones in 2017 alongside Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean, Montgomery Gentry, Big and Rich, Darius Rucker, the Davisson Brothers, Gretchen Wilson, Kip Moore, and Lee Brice. I’ve logged more than 2,500 shows overseas and across 25 states, including Nashville, Austin, New York City, Los Angeles, and Atlantic City.

I took home Best World Music Artist with Tsunami Wave Riders at the Charlotte Music Awards in 2009 and Best Country Artist with Jeff Luckadoo & Southern Wave in 2011. I won Best Country Band of the Year with Moses Jones at the Charlotte Blues Society Competition in 2017 and performed at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in 2018. I’ve worked live and in the studio with Preacher Stone, Moses Jones, Wink Keziah, Michael Tracy Band, Flashback Party Band, Emerald Empire Band, Right To Party Band, The Company Band, Parrot Party Band, The Extraordinaires, Jeff Luckadoo & Southern Wave, Throwback Thursday Party Band, Tsunami Wave Riders, Shannon Lee, Lisa De Novo, Terri Marie, Tonya Wood, Leaving Texas, Stella Rising, Brett Greer Band, Honky Tonk Playboys, Tastes Like Chicken, Redemption Church Band, Mosaic Church Band, and Eastway Church Band. I’ve recorded with Wink Keziah, Michael Tracy, Moses Jones, and Shannon Lee, and I’ve worked with producers Bruce Irvine, Mark Williams, and Wade Starnes.

Right now I play with top regional bands, teach privately and at two music schools, and endorse Blues Pearl vintage amps and pedals. For a Led Zeppelin tribute, I bring Bonham-weight pocket, wide-open cymbals, and a feel that lands like a freight train. I hit hard, keep it musical, and give the songs a whole lotta presence.

Jerry Paul

Bassist

Jerry Paul was born on Long Island, New York, into a large artistic first-generation Italian American family.

With decades of experience as both a musician and backup vocalist, Jerry began his career in the 1980s playing original music and opening for bands such as King Cobra and Zebra at major venues including Sundance, the Showcase Club, and Hammerheads. His band, Undercover, was spotlighted on MTV’s Basement Tapes when the program first aired.

Jerry later became a recording engineer and owned two studios, all while performing in countless bands over the years across New York, Florida, and North Carolina.

Monte Carroll

Organ, keyboards, synthesizers

A classically trained pianist, Monte Carroll grew up near Memphis. After more than two decades in Nashville, he relocated to North Carolina where he continues his craft. Accomplished and seasoned, Monte is privileged to perform with the other high-caliber musicians in Whole Lotta Presence. “Led Zeppelin is such an iconic band and we take the project seriously. I look forward to every show – knowing we’re going to knock their socks off and have fun doing it.”

Whole Lotta Presence is a powerhouse Led Zeppelin tribute band that channels the raw energy and mystique of the original. Fronted by lead vocalist Nick Orr, the band captures Robert Plant’s soaring range and emotive delivery with uncanny authenticity. Arda Bagcioglu fuels the sound on electric and acoustic guitars, honoring Jimmy Page’s legendary riffs, textures, and improvisations. Holding down the low end, Jerry Paul anchors every song with driving, melodic bass lines that give the music its unmistakable groove. Adding a distinctive layer, Monte Carroll brings the thunder with organ, keyboards, and synthesizers, expanding the band’s sonic palette while staying true to Zeppelin’s adventurous spirit. At the back of the stage, Tim Gawert powers the group with dynamic drums and percussion, echoing John Bonham’s explosive feel and finesse. Together, Whole Lotta Presence delivers a faithful yet electrifying experience that transports audiences back to rock’s golden age.

Tim Gawert

Drums & percussion

Originally from Wesel, Germany, Tim Gawert grew up steeped in music, starting drums at age five and spending his early teenage summers on tour with his stepfather, Bertram Engel—a renowned German rock drummer and producer. After rediscovering his passion for drumming in his early twenties, Tim was inspired by the power and finesse of John Bonham’s playing, sparking a lifelong dedication to capturing Bonzo’s sound and feel.

Now based in Charlotte, NC, Tim brings both the thunder and subtle artistry of Bonham’s drumming to Whole Lotta Presence, honoring the legacy and energy of Led Zeppelin’s music. He has also toured and recorded with artists across the U.S., including former Marvelettes lead singer Traci Robinson, Stan Stigall’s The Legacy Motown Revue, and the legendary R&B/soul group The Drifters.
